02What is included in a regular visit?+
Dog Log Lifters searches the accessible outdoor yard, scoops the dog waste, seals it in a bag, and places it in your outdoor trash bin. Equipment and footwear are sanitized between properties, the gate is relocked, and you receive a completion text.
03Do I need to be home?+
Please plan to be home for the initial visit so we can confirm the yard, access, schedule, and final quote. After that, you usually do not need to be home as long as the gate is accessible and all dogs are safely inside.
04Can my dog stay in the yard during service?+
No. For everyone’s safety, dogs need to be indoors or securely kept out of the service area before each visit. You will normally receive a heads-up before arrival.
05What happens to the bagged waste?+
The standard service is scoop, bag, and bin: the sealed bag goes into your outdoor trash can. If that arrangement will not work for your property, mention it when requesting your quote.
06Do you work in the rain?+
Light rain usually does not stop service. Lightning, severe weather, flooding, or other unsafe conditions may delay or reschedule a visit, and Andrew will keep you informed.
07Do you offer one-time or neglected-yard cleanups?+
Yes. One-time cleanups are available without a recurring commitment. Yards with significant buildup are quoted based on the extra work required, so a quick call or text is the best place to start.
08Are there contracts? Can I pause service?+
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime, and recurring service can be paused without a pause fee. Ask about billing details when you receive your quote.
09What if I notice something was missed?+
Contact Andrew within 24 hours. Dog Log Lifters will review the concern and make it right, typically with a prompt re-clean when needed.
